A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

Should we start with content, social media management, or paid ads?

That depends on the problem you want to solve. Content creation supplies the assets, social media management provides a publishing plan and consistent presence, and paid advertising distributes a defined message to an agreed audience. Creative strategy helps decide which work should come first.

Can you combine filming and social media management?

Yes. They can form one engagement, but filming is not automatically included in management. We agree where assets come from, how production is organized, which channels are managed, and how approvals work.

Do you work with businesses in Oakville and other GTA municipalities?

Yes. Our local service area includes Toronto and municipalities across Halton, Peel, York, and Durham. Shoot locations, travel, access, and production requirements are confirmed when defining the project.

How are scope and reporting agreed?

We begin with the objective, audience, channels, available assets, and resources. The proposal defines deliverables, responsibilities, approvals, and reporting. We choose relevant measures for the work and use them to inform the next round of decisions.
